The DST-XLi is the ultimate open gantry, large FOV, variable angle SPECT camera. It is the ideal camera for both cardiology and oncology as well as general purpose nuclear imaging.
The DST-XLi combines variable angle geometry, with an open gantry design. Patients can be easily imaged on hospital beds, stretchers, or sitting upright. Prone and supine cardiac SPECT is also accommodated. The open design, advanced robotics, and ScintibedTM table work in concert to provide complete multi-purpose versatility.
The detector orientation of the DST-XLi is optimized in both whole body and SPECT imaging. For whole body, the long axis of the FOV is across the body while for SPECT, it is parallel to the patient’s torso. Long-axis SPECT orientation optimizes anatomical coverage for oncologic exams, routinely enabling imaging from the C-spine to the sacrum in a single SPECT acquisition.
